Similar to Fuyu, this fruit is non astringent. Fruit is eaten fresh. A great specimen tree as it has red/orange leaves in Autumn which drop to reveal the dark orange fruit on a bare tree. Very striking.

Maturity: approximately May

A vigorous upright growing tree which bears plenty of medium sized high quality plums. Its red skin darkens to purple and is sweet but slightly bitter with yellow flesh. Well known for its great flavour. Fruit is eaten fresh, preserved or stewed.

Produces small reddish/blue fruit. This variety can be self fertile however, the Green Gage or Robe de Sargaent can be used as pollinators. Prefers sheltered, full sunlight with well drained fertile soils. Great eaten fresh, preserved or stewed.

Sunsnow is an early fruiting variety suitable to coastal areas as it only requires low chill units. Prefers full sun and deep well drained soils.

Maturity: approximately December, early variety

A vigorous growing tree which produces large deep brown striped nuts. Known as an early variety. Plant with other cultivars to aid pollination. Good flavour.
