Fig — Brown Turkey
Ficus Carica 'Brown Turkey'
This small vigorous tree produces large to medium sized flavoursome fruit. It has lovely pink flesh and brown golden skin. The tree is a heavy bearer, self fertile and produces two crops annually. One in early summer and the second over autumn. This excellent flavoured fruit is perfect fresh but also used for drying and jams.

Fig — White Genoa
Ficus Carica 'White Genoa'
Medium sized hardy deciduous tree. Produces large round slightly conical pale green, yellow fruit with a reddish/ pink flesh and sweet flavour. Versatile being delicious straight from the tree and perfect for cooking.
Maturity: Approximately early Summer/ late Autumn
Pear — Josephine
Pyrus communis 'Josephine'
Josephine is a versatile pear which can be used for cooking, preserving, juice, salads, drying and also eaten fresh.
Maturity: approximately mid March
Plum — Black Amber
Prunus salicinia 'Black Amber'
Black Amber is a large round dark red to almost black coloured plum with a light yellow, crisp, juicy flesh. Wonderful eaten fresh.
Maturity: approximately mid January
Plum — Cherry Plum
Prunus 'Cherry Plum'
A small red plum ideal for jam making or eaten fresh.
Maturity: approximately mid December
