Cherry — Stella
Prunus avium 'Stella'
Stella are a very productive tree. Producing medium to large sized dark red, heart shaped cherries, with a firm but moderatly coarse texture. Stella have a strong flavour and an all round quality. Eat fresh or cook - take your pick. Susceptable to rain cracking.
Maturity: Mid season to late. December/Janurary
Cherry — Sun Burst
Prunus avium 'Sun Burst'
A very productive tree which produces delicious large, dark red, firm, juicy cherries. Sun Burst are a very versatile cherry divine fresh or use in cooking and preserving. Is susceptable to rain cracking and wind damages fruit - plant in a sheltered location.
Maturity: Mid to late season. December/January
Citrus — Nules
Citrus reticulata 'Nules'
The Nules Clementine is the major clementine Grown in Western Australia. A bud mutation of the Fina clementine, the fruit has good flavour and is sweet. Suited for cooler areas.
Maturity: May onwards
Citrus — Imperial
Citrus retulata 'Imperial'
An early maturing fruit that has few seeds and is easy to peel. due to their short post-harvest life they are mostly consumed in Australia. They are a very sweet and firm fruit.
Maturity: June to September
Citrus — Spanish Newhall
Citrus sinensis 'Spanish Newhall'
Similar to the Newhall USA and Navelina, the Spanish Newhall is a small tree which produces rich juicy fruit of varying size. It is well suited to the Southern Australian climate.
Maturity: Early April to July approximately
