A medium to large sized nut with very dark skin. Ripens just after early brown. Best to plant with other cultivars. Vigorous growing and a regular cropper

A vigorous growing tree which produces large deep brown striped nuts. Known as an early variety. Plant with other cultivars to aid pollination. Good flavour.
Maturity: approximately early March
Chestnut — Manjimup Mahogany
Very easy to harvest as nuts fall free from shell. Fruit size is medium to large, dark brown with stripey skin. Plant other varieties near for pollination. This tree is an average cropper.
Maturity: approximately mid April
