Red globe is a popular table variety. Fruit is large, round and red skinned. With a crisp but fleshy texture, these grapes have an excellent flavour. Maturity is around Janurary and trees are self - fertile.

Disease: Fungal diseases cause problems in humid regions. (Powdery and Downy Mildews are common, along with Botrytis and Black Spot) Trees become zinc deficient in Alkaline soils. Pests include Birds, Mites, Mealy bugs, Weevils, Rabbits, Snails, Light Brown Apple Moth and Bunch Mite.
Comments: Cane prune no thinning required. Tolerant to rain
