An excellent eating variety which has been grafted onto a dwarfing rootstock (60% of standard) and still produces full size fruit ! Maturing over mid March and early April Golden Delicious produce medium / large, conical, pale green, turning golden yellow fruit. Is an all purpose apple being firm,crisp and juicy. This variety is prone to bruising - handle with care. Requires pollinators. Remember trees are a dwarf and crop profusely - extra care is essential, staking or a support structure will be required and good watering practices.
