Coratina olive
A very individual fruit which are half yellow/green and the other half black. A distinctive strong flavoured oil which changes in time along with the colour of the oil from green to yellow. Coratina is a evergreen with a spreading canopy (small and short).Trees are reasonably resistant to cold and drought conditions.
