A well known variety which has been grafted onto a dwarfing rootstock (60% of standard) and still produces full size fruit ! Sundowner are a late, low chill variety, with medium conical shaped fruit. Red with lenticel spots on skin and a firm white center. Fruit matures mid May and has wonderful storage capabilities. Requires a pollinator use any variety EXCEPT Anna and Dorset Gold. Plant in full sun in an open drained position. Trees crop heavily and set well so water regularly and provide a support structure a stake or wire trellis is perfect!

Lady Williams is a late variety, medium chill apple producing excellent crops. Can be eaten fresh, cooked or dried.

This excellent cropping tree has been grafted onto a dwarfing rootstock (60% of standard) and still produces full size fruit !Lady Williams is a late variety, medium chill apple, maturing in June. Fruit is medium sized round and conical. The skin is red blush with slightly greenish stripes and a firm crisp white flesh. Good for long storage and can be eaten fresh, cooked or dried. Trees need pollinators and produce copious amounts of fruit therefore extra care is required. You must water well and stake to give extra support !
