Produces small reddish/blue fruit. This variety can be self fertile however, the Green Gage or Robe de Sargaent can be used as pollinators. Prefers sheltered, full sunlight with well drained fertile soils. Great eaten fresh, preserved or stewed.
Maturity: approximately late January to early February

Black Amber is a large round dark red to almost black coloured plum with a light yellow, crisp, juicy flesh. Wonderful eaten fresh.

Laroda is an upright vigorous growing tree which produces medium sized fruit. Known for its outstanding flavour having both a sweet and acid taste some say its 'wine' like. Laroda can be eaten fresh or used in jam and jellies.
