Fig — Black Genoa
Ficus Carica
Medium sized (9m) multistemmed hardy deciduous tree with a rounded crown. produces large excellent flavoured, greenish, purple fruit with red flesh. Is high yeilding two crops per year. Bark is grey and leaves are green 3/5 lobed, rough (12-25cm) long and (10 to 18cm) across. Black Genoa are lovely eaten fresh or dried and make wonderful jams. Trees are reliable and popular for home gardens, especially in large containers.
Maturity: Approximately early summer
Fig — White Adriatic
Ficus Carica 'White Adriatic'
Medium growing high yielding tree. Produces delicious flavoured medium to large sized conical fruit. Pale pinkish, red flesh and yellow to greenish brown skin. White Adriatic are self fertile producing two crops every year in approximately early Summer and late Autumn. Start cooking because this Fig makes excellent jam. Is also nice fresh or dried.

Ficus Carica 'Jenny Smith Blue'
Jenny Smith Blue are a hardy, spreading medium sized deciduous tree. Medium to large purple/ bluish coloured fruit with pink red flesh are produced mid season. The tree is self-fertile. Jenny Smith Blue are a fantastic fig for cooking.

Ficus Carica 'Adam'
Adam are a medium sized, rounded multi-stemmed tree. They are self fertile and produce medium to large sized fruit. Skin is blue with a pink/red flesh. A lovely high quality fruit.
Fig — Brown Turkey
Ficus Carica 'Brown Turkey'
This small vigorous tree produces large to medium sized flavoursome fruit. It has lovely pink flesh and brown golden skin. The tree is a heavy bearer, self fertile and produces two crops annually. One in early summer and the second over autumn. This excellent flavoured fruit is perfect fresh but also used for drying and jams.
