Early to mature, Galaxy produces medium, round to conical fruit with excellent bright red colouring. Its creamy, crisp flesh is sweet and juicy. Suitable pollinators include Red Delicious, Red Fuji and Earli Gold. Maturity ranges depending on districts from early February to March
